Shipment
To which regions is shipping possible?
We ship to all locations in North America and Europe. For an additional fee, we offer next-day express shipping to certain locations. We also ship to Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
How long is the delivery time for orders?
For standard shipping, delivery times are usually 5 to 7 working days. Longer delivery times can be expected in December and June. For orders over €100, express shipping is available for an additional charge.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?
We track all shipments that leave our store. If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please let us know so we can locate your shipment. If delivery is not possible within 24 hours, we will refund the shipping costs.

Which items are eligible for return?
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition. If you receive a damaged item, notify us immediately and we will refund the full purchase price.
What fees apply for returns?
Return shipping is free if you use our return label. Repack the item, stick the label on the package and send it back to us.
I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?
Gifts must be returned with the receipt for a refund. As with other returns, we will issue you with a voucher for the purchase price. Please note that gifts can be returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.
